These people are out of control and disrespectful. They keep calling even though I have asked them not to call because neither myself nor my wife have an account with them and have never done business. I even booked them. Their phone calls are now considered harassment so the next step is to report them to the federal trade commission and start legal action
Would give this company zero stars if I could. This company and their staff acted with malicious incompetence. Multiple people we spoke to over the phone LIED about being in network with our insurance and about how much our insurance covered. Several people all told us that they were both in network and that my wife's medical supplies were 100% covered. Wish I could give a zero to Solara. Their reps. are either wholly incompetent or dishonest or a combination of the two. We have tried for weeks to renew a CGM prescription my daughter has been filling for 16 years. We've called about 6 times. Call 1: everything is in order and we'll ship out in 10 days. Call 2: We don't have a prescription (doctor sends prescription same day). Call 3: We need "chart notes" in addition to prescription (doctor sends chart notes same day).
