Reaching the end of our first month here at Solara, I’m very disappointed with the experience so far. Was talked up by Leslie about the “incredible” included internet, which was a key selling point for me, being someone who works from home. The connection is shoddy, and is incompatible with most modern devices. I have attempted to talk with Leslie about this multiple times after failing to get anywhere with the tech support call line, and have been given nothing but the runaround, and assurances that I can’t just get my own ... read more
Had a great experience in this apartment community visiting my daughter. Very beautiful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it again.
Overall a pretty decent apartment but poorly managed and definitely not worth the price. Living there was fine, but paying over $2k a month for not many real amenities isn’t a good deal, which is why we moved out. The “secure mail room” is anything but. There are no cameras or real access control so packages are constantly being stolen. Delivery services often just deliver packages not to the delivery room and just leave it in the foyer, so they’re out in the open for people to take. If there is no star I would give a zero star. We stayed here for 11 month. While we were staying here we had electrical issues the whole time. They sent us technician. They couldn't figure it out what's the problem is lol. They built it but they don't know what the issue is. I was using my hair dryer in the bathroom and panel tripped.
