omg words cannot describe how much I hate this place. First day I got my keys and went to move in I had NO TOILET, like why couldn’t you replace the toilet BEFORE I MOVE IN? That should’ve been my first clue how disorganized and absolutely horrendous this place is. There are roaches everywhere even though I was a very tidy person. Please look at my pictures before moving in .. this has been a month of my ceiling leaking and current and past management asking me to wait .. the damage is increasing everyday
I have lived here for 5 years, across all management companies, from Solara on mill ave, to Tides on mill ave, to Sentry on Tempe, we have had numerous issues. Number one regarding issues around the property. It’s covered in roaches and the pool they portray in the photos of the website is garbage. All furniture is broken and missing, and it’s not unheard of to find weight equipment in the pool. This is NOT a gated community.
