On 8/22/24, my sister, who is in her 60s and has health issues, experienced a series of troubling events at her apartment complex. After her AC broke down, she requested to be moved to a different unit but received no response. 8/22/24 my respond My sister in her 60s with health issue, her AC is broken. She went the office that day was told it be a week. She asked to be placed in a different unit and was told they get back to her. 4 hrs later she called and that assistant manager yelled at her over the phone which was loud enough that I was able to hear. She asked again to be moved and no respond.
