If you are a Do It Yourself customer; run away. Once Solara has your money, service stops. Item 1: I called Solara twice and the shipper twice to inform them I would not be home during the time they proposed delivery. Delivery happened while I was in Alaska. Since I was not present for delivery, I did not sign the "this is damaged" form. No signed form, no support. Item 2: Time from order to delivery was estimated at 4 to 6 weeks. Not a Company I would Recommend Partnering with, We had a very Important Customer want to use this Product. They were Great Through the sales Process But once they Got our Money It was Like we did not Exist anymore. Took nearly 3 months to Ship, Held Up the Whole Project, Than Arrived Damaged and It was Nearly impossible to get the Replacement Parts. WE WILL NEVER USE SOLORA Again!!!

Customer Service is Horrible!! Processing and Delivery Horrible!! Unfortunately, I don't have a single good thing to say About Solara Patio Covers, based on our last purchase from this guys. Took our money, and the delivery time was crazy long, and When it did finally get here was damaged! And customer service is not there to help. I would not recommend...

Zero stars!!! Ordered a outdoor structure, of which shipped 90 days latter and showed up broke. Then took almost 2 months to get this fixed . Not the way our customer service works!!!

Had a horrible experience with this company. Ordered a overhead structure and it took 3 months to arrive when it finally did it was damaged which then took another 2 months for them to process. After they finally processed the damage it was another 3 months to receive. Mind you they hounded me for payment right away but did not communicate at all through the process I had to keep going to them and there was never a sense of urgency on there part horrible customer service horrible experience. Don’t buy from this company.

This is not a company you want to do business with. We stepped out on this product at the request of a good customer and were blown away at the lack of customer service from the ordering process, to the delivery and then terrible customer service during the warranty replacement parts since 50% of the material arrived damaged - do not use Solara Adjustable Patio Covers! - Kevin M
