Hopeless. Our solar system was installed in 2018 and has run well thus far- not bad - but we've had a couple problems recently - the back up service is USELESS. They have been to look at the system and been totally unfamiliar with the system and even needed help to access the menu selection. They have been unable to diagnose the problem and have not returned phone calls. I would avoid this company.
I had the pleasure of working with Solar4Life two years ago when they installed a Tesla battery for my home, and I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise. After requesting a quote from Solar4life for a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery I promptly received a phone call from Anil, who answered the numerous questions I asked him, and reassured me of any worries I had about the installation. Had the pleasue of meeting Anil in person and he helped me with choosing the right solar, battery and ev charger system. He provided different configurations to choose from and I am very happy with the full system we now have! You won't find a better price in Canberra! The process was easy and simple as Anil handled everything. The installation team were great too. Was all setup with everything working in a day! Thanks to Anil and the team at Solar4life!
