I had my living room tinted by SolarX. Lowen came out quickly and took his time to explain each film. Installation was quick and hassle-free. I booked another appointment to do the other windows in my home due to the fantastic results we had. Our home is cooler and our A/C doesn't run all day; previously, it did. Highly recommend!!!

Lowen came out and gave us a fair quote, and a week or so later we got the film installed. About two months later, there were still hundreds of bubbles in nearly every window. I called, left a voicemail and texted Lowen on two separate occasions, and never heard back. Eventually, I wrote an email to headquarters, who then scheduled an appointment to come out and replace the film--and they did. We were concerned about some of our (5 of them) being exposed to the street and to the neighbors on either side. These folks did an excellent job tinting those windows so they are reflective on the outside without cutting hardly any of the light that comes in the house. A couple of the windows developed air bubbles as they dried but these folks stand behind their work and the products they sell so they came back out and fixed them. I decided to have 3m film placed on my residential windows and had the privilege of speaking with Lowen Tabor. He was professional and helpful. He always kept his word and followed through. He provided me with samples and guidance on their product. It has been several weeks and my windows look great!!
