I am giving feedback on my consultation with Austin and subsequent telephone calls. Do not do business with this place. The salesperson, Nancy Nardone, gave me a quote for work. When the crew came out, they said the windows i needed done were not included in the quote. Three of five across the same wall in the same room were included. The other two were not. The original quote was $108 on each of those windows, and they said it would be $400 for the other two.
