Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! dont bother find another company. I made an appointment to have an estimate done 2 weeks ago. They called 30 mins before appt. and when we missed the call they didnt show up. Wouldnt it make sense to call a day or 2 ahead of the appt to confirm rather than 30 mins??? You wouldnt have even made it on time for the estimate had i answered the phone. You folks wasted my morning and my work day, which effectively screws my week.
Sorry to know that the owner passed away last year and the business was sold. It was sold to a 3M dealer NBI .
Yes the business was sold. But many of the same employees are with new company which has been selling window film in Sarasota since 2003. They are a very professional organization as well
