Thanks for making the process easy for us. We had no prior knowledge of solar and were nervous considering it was quite a lot of money to spend. Miles, Candise and the team were great to deal with. Confident we can gain knowledge and understand the panel and battery system pretty quickly. Rebate was a massive saving at the time of purchase.
Had a good chat with Sam about what battery to add to our existing solar panels. It's now installed - installation was very neat, place left tidy, friendly installer set everything up. Got a follow up call a bit later to make sure everything was good and to see if we had any questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

Just had a BYD battery fitted under the Battery rebate scheme and also decided to have my existing panels upgraded. This is my second dealing with Solar Wholesalers as they installed my original system. I was happy then so it was a no-brainer to use them again. Sam walked me through his recomendations and was happy with his advise. The instalation team and in particular Anthony were a pleasure to deal with.
