I started work in October, 2020 on solar panels and was approved for the California SGIP program for 3 Tesla solar panels. I have not yet had them installed although I was told in June that they had received a large shipment and I was toward the top of their list. They are still not installed. Horrible. We had a GREAT experience with solar watt and then they got acquired and now we are left with NO HELP no service and they were monitoring our solar so we have no way of knowing if our solar is working correctly. We are left without support and no one will touch our system because they did not instal

I unfortunately need to echo the review of Jon, speaking to the excessive amount of time that has passed with zero progress in our install. We were approved for the SGIP program in the beginning of April 2021 - we selected Solar Watt for the project. It is now June of 2022 - we still have no batteries, no ETA, no guess for when we might have batteries..nothing. Throughout the 'project', we have been bounced from Tesla, to Fortress Power, to Darfon Solar, then back to Tesla - we basically said "we don't care who makes the bat... read more

I have waited for over a YEAR that I signed a contract with zero communication from this company for my battery back up system. I submitted a customer service request on multiple occasions with little to Zero response. Very frustrating and disappointing. I am beyond upset and discourage people from doing business with this company.
