Bhuvan installed an ev charger and solar panels, great service upfront, but when they stopped working he refused to replace or refund, he then lied to fair trading. And I now have to pay for a replacement. Beware of Bhuvan and solar vertex

Best efficient and value for money, as I did my expansive research and Vertex was tops. First was the timely execution of installing the system. Company communication is excellent, if system is busy calls are returned within 20 minutes. Recommended to anyone interested in a full system or if you are adding a battery to an existing system. Congratulations to Vehan in running an efficient operation.
Oh dear, what a terrible mistake!! I have used these guys 3 times and all was great for a month. And then the Wallbox for the EV failed! And that was a year ago. Unfortunately the team at Solar Vertex just don’t care. They tell you they will fix it, they give you a time and not only do they not fix it, they don’t even show up. And again and again. I am speechless, I am without speech . These guys need to be stripped of their accreditation, maybe they don’t have one! And that’s all I have to say about that . Best Wishes Bonni... read more
