Synergy did a great job with a complicated ground mount solar system for me. They took care of everything including permits, PG&E, batteries and training !
Three years ago before Covid I had put a down payment for Tesla Batteries. Two years later and a lot of excuses Ed Costas installs two batteries from a now defunct company called Electirc power. For over 6 months the battery did not work and they were trying to figure out what to do to make the battery work with the app that controlled it...even though the company went belly up. This company has nothing but unprofessional workers that can't no even do their job the right way. They promise a lot just to get the job but they never accomplish what they promised.....
