I paid Ross for a 15kwh 220v battery over a year ago. Still haven’t received the battery. Then when he said the battery finally arrived to his office he told me it’s only 12kwh 110v battery. So not only has it been more than a year and now bait and switch. For the last two months he has been giving me a bunch of excuses and he will not refund me my money. I would not purchase from this company.
