I recently bought a package and only used it two times. I had to have surgery done and could not go. I am trying to contact the manager and I've called the store twice and she's giving me two different email addresses. So I wrote and it came back invalid address. How can you not get ahold of a manager on the phone instead of by email? Does anyone know? I had a package with them before that I got as a Christmas gift and I like their service, that I went ahead and bought another package. And only went twice. So I am trying to ... read more

i find this place to be clean, employees are nice and informative.. i find my issue to be mostly with other customers.. they are rude.. and not understanding to anything.. if a 1 bulb is burnt out.. its not like the employee went in and took the bulb out it happen.. especially with how busy they are.. beds constantly going.. im impressed on how well they do keep up with the beds and store.. i give two thumbs up..

To shed light on the last comment, new bulbs burn out, in tanning beds the same way a new light bulb you bought at the store just didn't work, also could be a result of a burnt up starter in the bed which get replaced as long as you let the staff know.. since previously working at a tanning salon myself, and then coming to this store i have to say the cleanliness is much better then most salons out there, every time iv come in the girls are cleaning, folding towel, or attending a customer. Just went to Solar Tan for the first time on Lima Rd. Wow! Very neat and clean. Really impressed with the displays of lotion. Very clean and homey. Great staff who will work with you to accommodate what you are looking for. Thanks Solar tan! I'll be back and let my friends know also.

I walked in and loved the decor, but the the lovely decor doesn't match the staff or beds. Staff was very rude and didn't seem to care when I explained to them that there were multiple bulbs out in the bed I was in. I understand bulbs will go out but 8 of them? I don't want to pay my hard earned money for that. Staff didn't refund for my visit. Spend more time on staff and beds then your store decor. Wouldn't recommend. No longer tanning there.
