Helpful and kind employees
It took almost 2 weeks for a special order motor to arrive. And another two weeks to warranty out the same motor for another because it had arrived locked up. Not Solar's fault. But, how this unfortunate situation was handled is. At first, one of the employees assumed that it was in fact my old motor that I was trying to get replaced. Not the new motor they had just ordered. These guys know what they're doing. When every other shop in town was 3 to 6 weeks out on parts I needed, they had it sitting on the shelf at 15 - 20% less than what other suppliers charged. I will use only these guys moving forward.
