Can’t talk to an actual person by, design, and they jack the price of rent $15/yr or whatever. Then when I try to call, they conveniently send you to a call center so you can’t actually get any answers or talk to solar storage staff. Total rip off and transparently deceitful. It’s legitimately cheaper to buy a shed from Lowe’s, than rent a storage unit for a year. Save yourself the hassle.
