I had such a great experience working with Solar Source! From start to finish everything was positive. I really appreciated the good communication. Stephen did an excellent job explaining everything about the job. Even when there were some supply issues he was prompt and clear about the changes. I also appreciated the installers. I work from home and Alejandro was very conscientious of this when we had to turn the power off etc. I highly recommend Solar Source to anyone who is considering getting solar.
I am very happy with the solar system that Solar Source installed for my home. Stephen and Beth worked patiently with me during the process of a home renovation project that took much longer than anticipated. They honored their original bid, and did all the work as soon as it was possible. They were considerate of me and of my project team throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Like many who have shared their experience of going solar, I also did a lot of research and vetted contractors for bidding my job as best I could. I received 3 bids. Solar Source is extremely transparent, quick to respond, easy to talk to, all with reasonable prices. I was having issues with my old system as the prior installer had gone out of business, and Solar Source came in, quickly diagnosed, fixed, and added some more panels for me while they were up there. Any time I had a question, Beth and Stephen were extremely quick to answer, and Beth especially worked overtime to get her team out to my home as soon as possible.
