I recommend Solar Source enthusiastically. The team does their job solidly. Especially, I was pleased that they did all the basics right. Throughout the project, I was kept abreast of the schedule and what to expect next. I was never left in the dark. The project finished after the initial schedule but I feel that it is not a fault of Solar Source. I was with a Solar Power Co. that went bankrupt. I had to find a new company to use for my Solar Panels. I was very frustrated because not only did I need to find a new company half of my panels stopped working. When I called Solar Source I got a wonderful person on the phone, Beth Varney, and she has helped me navigate the Solar panel world. Great customers service! Quick response from the initial repair inquiry. Repair technician arrived per the scheduled time. The technician assessed the best (and safest) access to the roof for the repair. When the repair was completed, he answered all of my questions. Finally, easy payment online. Will recommend Solar Source to anyone who is looking for a system installer or requiring a solar repair.

The entire team at Solar Source completley exceeded all of my expectations. I called them for a service call which needed to be done quickly and they were able to come out quickly to service my issue. The service technition Nate was wonderful. Beth in the office was able to access the situation and get the ball rolling from start to finish. I highly recommend Solar Source for all of you solar needs.

Although Solar Source did not do my originally solar installation (original company no longer around), they treated me as if I was a long time customer. Beth made it very easy to schedule a repair needed on one of my panels with great communication and Nate, my technician, was efficient in completing the repair. Would not hesitate to use them again if I needed any other work done to my solar system.
