Eugene and Chris were incredibly helpful. Very timely in responses. Explained things thoroughly, definitely would recommend them to anyone with solar needs, whether its solar panel installation, inverter issues, solar monitoring, or just troubleshooting things. Chris actually got on the phone with me and walked me through inverter fault codes, etc, and didn't even charge anything for that. Highly recommend.
I interviewed multiple Solar companies, and ended up with Solar Solutions. The process was streamline, and quite simple. Eugene was absolutley the best. His communication was quick and easy to understand. He was with us every step of the way. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Finding the right company and person to install solar can be very overwhelming- there’s a lot out there, and I felt that most companies and sales people were very pushy. That is far from the case with Solar Solutions. E***** sheparded us from beginning to end, answered all my questions, and his responsiveness was top notch (something very important to me).
