I had two coworkers say this is a good company, boy was I wrong to believe them. My personal experience was bad. I ended up signing a Purchase Agreement with them. A week went by, and they emailed me saying prices have gone up and we need to increase the amount youre going to pay. BEWARE! If it were an option, I would give zero stars. I signed a contract with Solar Solutions July 2022. Install was supposed to happen prior to the end of 2022. Seemed like everything was going smoothly as TEP notified me of the plan approval end of August. Then crickets from the company. The only updates I received were when I reached out asking what was happening. Install didn't happen in 2022. In early January I contacted them again asking for a timeline. The inverter on our system stopped working within a year of installation. I did not realize that I was not producing energy until I received an electric bill. I contacted Solar Solutions about the electric bills I was receiving and they said the replacement part had been ordered. It took over three months for the part to come in and I had over $400 in electricity bills. They said they would reimburse my bills to submit one-years worth of billing. System was installed in 2018 and has yet to meet the projected energy production to reduce our electric **** as much as stated by salesperson so I do not believe the system will pay for itself for at least 50 years if it lasts that long. Disappointing time frame for installation, but online info of where they were in process was easy to access in 2018. Very professional and kept me informed in the permitting and installation process. Installation was done efficiently and very complete. I am looking forward to years of electric generation by the sun.
