Took a week or two to get the appointment but was a very good experience. Staff was ready and got right to work. Very helpful about the tint I got and other products I was interested in. Got the job done quick and looks great. Thanks!
This is the most unprofessional business in Grants Pass. First off the way the receptionist or whoever she was spoke to my cousin on the phone was completely unacceptable. Telling her she needs to be quite and to quit talking over her. It was justifiable considering the way the conversation started in the first place and also giving her the run around on her refund that should of been given to her the same day she came back to complain about the service.
