First-rate product and follow-up customer service. We are in an unobstructed wind area with a large outdoor solar shade on a high deck and Kegan came out to fix an issue after a high wind event. Tim promptly answers requests for service and schedules appointments at your convenience. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend.

Great job repairing our blinds.
We purchased motorized blinds and Kegan installed them and most recent came out to replace one of the motors that stopped working. He was in and out super fast and even mounted the remote onto the wall for me. We LOVE the service we’ve gotten from Tim, Kegan and the office staff when we call. Highly Recommend Solar Shield!
