I had a problem with several clips breaking on my 7 year old vertical blinds. Nathan came right out to see if they could be repaired.The replacement clips he was sent in the beginning did not work. The next set did. And this was done at no cost to me. Besides being a super nice guy to work with, you can always count on him to stand behind his product and make things right.
