Horrible - has been my experience. While getting quotes to fix their craft (they ceramic coated water spots into my sedan). Like into 80% of my vehicle to include the PPF Paint Protection Film that now is ruined. A certified detailer try to salvage my PPF with Negative results. The best part of my experience is they will not return my calls to fix it ! My first quote to fix This mess and have it done right is $5,050. This nightmare has gone on for 3 years. dirt trash bubbles..... that's all i seen when i got my vehicle from them. front windshield tint was 2 inches longer on one side. was told they can do it redo it, and it will looks the same. that tells me that they wont take the extra step to make a happy customer, only excuse is that its a older vehicle so its allowed to have trash because its old. well the price doesn't change for older vehicles but the quality of workmanship does. as if it isn't good enough for the extra effort, just push it out the door. so if you don't ... read more
get all the dirt between the glass and tint, and try to go out your way to please a customer not just give back their money because of a excuse of a vehicle being old, and y'all are not trying to go out your way to get it right..guess giving the money back is easier than a challenge of getting it right
They did an great job with removing my old tint and replacing it. They were able to save my rear defrosting wires as well. Fully explained the process and was pretty accurate with the time frame that it would be finished in. I would def recommend them and I will use them for future use. Thanks guys!
I am extremely impressed with the quality of work that Andrew and his team did on my truck. I have not ran into a business yet with an owner that operates with this level of quality, integrity and customer service.
