I moved into a new home with solar panels that were never working. After having the subcontractor visit 5 times without any progress I decided to reach out for a second opinion. Victor was dispatched to my home and within a few hours he was able to diagnose and fix the issue and had my solar live and running. Eduardo came out to look at my system and gave me very friendly advice and very professional service. Highly recommend him as a tech to do your solar work. I originally had left at five stars but brought it down to three stars because the price that I got to do the work I thought it was very high. I highly advise someone to shop around for a better price
SSP is just as good or if not better than their glowing reviews. From start to finish, the on-site guys were courteous and professional and reassured that my solar panels would be reinstalled to exactly what they were before once I got my new roof. Solar panels are working better than before!
Eduardo was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even while on my roof checking my solar panels he saw two cracked roof tiles and sealed them for me! Then he saw a vent cover flew off and sealed that on for me. He was only there for my solar. He went way above and beyond! He also was able to get me a warranty replacement for my inverter, saving me 2k. He’s the one I’ll be calling for now in.
