Very knowledgeable, professional and caring service. I felt very valued as customer and will definitely use them again.
Took several weeks to get them to come and check out my solar system. Technician was very knowledgeable about reading the plans and locating everything that needed to be corrected. Finally got a report but with no estimate of cost to get it up and running. Can't give a fair review until they finish the job.
I had a really great experience with this company. My solar system required some troubleshooting. Manny and co were courteous, fair and more importantly they got the job done. My system is working as intended now. I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Solar Service.
So I contacted this company to perform a repair on my solar system. I received a phone call to telling ne they were coming the next morning. The person didn't even ask if I would be available. I told him that I would need to reschedule for a different day the following week, he replied ok I will let dispatch know. 1 weeks later I reached out again and the person apologized and would get back with me to schedule, Its been 3 weeks now since the last conversation.
