I had a really great experience with this company. My solar system required some troubleshooting. Manny and co were courteous, fair and more importantly they got the job done. My system is working as intended now. I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Solar Service.
So I contacted this company to perform a repair on my solar system. I received a phone call to telling ne they were coming the next morning. The person didn't even ask if I would be available. I told him that I would need to reschedule for a different day the following week, he replied ok I will let dispatch know. 1 weeks later I reached out again and the person apologized and would get back with me to schedule, Its been 3 weeks now since the last conversation. Eduardo was a great representative of the company.
I moved into a new home with solar panels that were never working. After having the subcontractor visit 5 times without any progress I decided to reach out for a second opinion. Victor was dispatched to my home and within a few hours he was able to diagnose and fix the issue and had my solar live and running.
