Solar Service Professionals techs were professional, courteous, efficient , knowledgeable and nice. Replaced bad powerwalls. Owner came by to inspect - recommended. Made an impression.
UPDATE: I have changed my rating to update the recent service I have received from Solar Service Pros. After understanding the communication errors, they came out and fixed my problem and did a great job in sharing all the right details to get our panels and micro inverters up to date. They recovered well on this one. Everyone makes mistakes and it's how you make up for them which shows character. I'm glad we got it cleared up. Highest recommendation for Solar Service Professionals. The service and communication is by far the best that I've worked with. Josh was helpful, professional, clearly explain all details in lament's term. Once the appointment was set up, Eduardo was punctual with the time. I was completely blown away how good Eduardo is. He was thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable with my system. I had contacted numerous companies and Solar Service Professionals is by far the most professional and responsive.
Unfortunately I've had a rough experience with this company. The ratings looked good too so very surprised. They were eager enough to come out the first time and assess my panel situation in which case they noticed there were 3 or so micro inverters not functioning. $299 assessment. All good with that. I had to follow up with them multiple times to get them to come back out. Then came the $900 return fee to do the work. Okay fine. Wow! These guys saved me thousands. They were honest with their price and service. No up selling and they were on site when they said they would be. I had 2 other companies tell me I needed new batteries ($17,000-$20,000), to make my boat anchor on the roof, work again. This company was honest and told me if I had the worthless batteries disconnected, I could generate power again. They weren’t kidding. For $299 and 47 pictures later, I’m now producing more power than I’m using during the day. Thank you so much Josh.
