Solar panel health check on 14 year old panels showed several major issues, and proposed remedy to replace panels has been very welcome. Clear process for me as the client has been very smooth.
After a couple of appointment changes ar the last moment. The two technicians and I’m sorry can’t remember their names did a fantastic job. They completed a major working and safety check of my existing solar system and discovered many faults that were bordering on a major safety issue. They took copious photos of the issues and recommended that the system should be turned off and a new system would be a better choice. These guys are the best! For the second time in nine months, we had an issue with our 13.2 kw solar and 10.6 kw battery storage system. The suppliers/installers could not help...or didn't want to. The Solar Service Guys came to the rescue although, on both occasions, we had to wait up to a month. Despite this delay, which could be due to our semi-rural location on Sydney's fringe, I thoroughly recommend them.
Very organised and professional. We recommend.
