Great product if installed properly. After repeated applications, the product bubbles up and peels off, especially where there is strong sun exposure. The product is supposed to be under warranty, but getting a follow up appointment is almost impossible. I call and call, they have an answering service where I leave a message, but no one returns my call.

GREAT product, but go else were for installation. After three installs, rude employee, and being ignored, we still have streaks left by the squeegee being used unprofessionally, so when the glue dries there are streaks of tiny bubbles.

While I had our front windows done by Solar Security Films in 8/30/2016, the work was done well and we've had no problems such as peeling or degradation in the prevailing 11 years. I am happy with the job that they had done.

I had film installed in my home by SSF a few years ago. It was their "top of the line" 3M product. It has since delaminated, bubbled and looks horrible. I contacted SSF regarding my warranty and they scheduled me for a walk through two and a half weeks out. I made a point to be at home for this appointment and they no showed. Now we are scheduled for another week out and I am being told that I may get my warranty work completed "after the first of the year". I contacted them November 2nd. I spent thousands on this stuff--money would have been much better spent towards new windows. It easily scratches, is not easy to clean, does NOT help with heat or cooling, and the effectiveness with wind remains to be seen. Also- the "bubbles" that were said to dissipate after a month--never did.
