One of our screens blew off and was damaged beyond repair. It took a week or so to get someone out to remeasure for a new screen. Since then, no one answers the phone and I’ve been calling for 2-weeks. How does a reputable company screen calls and avoid customers? That is beyond me. This is in stark contrast to when they came to install my screens initially. I don’t know if I will have to call someone else to replace my screens or file a claim in small claims court.
