Justin and crew were fantastic on the solar installation at 45 Evergreen, 94904.
I have been waiting to leave a review, hoping the problems would be fixed. Garbage company. Dragged their feet with submitting plans to my HOA, and getting my solar installation approved by the city. One they took my money, they just dragged their feet with installing, and getting things approved. Edit: Dragged their feet so long, the city didn't approve my project. Had to move it to the side yard which was not my first choice. Later tried to fix the issue, but did such a crappy job moving and installing it. Very professional, courteous & were well prepared for my job.
Update: The owner called me after seeing this post and took care of all the issues. Totally satisfied customer. I’d love to give this outfit a good rating but they've dropped the ball with the install and post-install service and their follow-up and lack of ownership is a disappointment. We live in snow country and noted that to our salesperson. "Not a problem, we've done lots of installs in your area". So we signed up and got a date for the installation.
