The job was done in a timely manner with 4 men being so kind and efficient. They worked hard and got the job done faster than I would have thought possible.
These people are the worst at communication. Multiple times, we have directed them to contact ME, not my husband, who is living out of state at the time. They said they were coming over on a Friday, at which my husband said no one would be home and they need to reschedule, also reminding them AGAIN to coordinate with me, and they didn’t read the message and/or care about what we said. I am updating my review due to the performance of the system which is far better than the Tesla unit we have in our main house - far far better - do not go with Tesla! In our main house we paid A LOT of money for a unit that supplies less than 70% of our needs even though we are low users and in our in law unit this unit is performing at 100% +++. We also had a technician come over to configure the system who was top notch. We did have some challenges along the way on communication but I can overlook those issues when the un... read more

We just installed this on an inlaw unit, I am hoping the product is good but we won't know for a while even thought I paid in full. Additionally, customer service seems to have incredibly high turnover, I must have talked to 10 different people over the course of our install and they kept asking me for a 'bill' on a new build, I sent them emails at least 3 times sharing it was a new build and I would not have a bill.
