If I could give negative stars, I would. I spoke to a "supervisor" Teresa who is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I did not get my garbage picked up because of their mistake and when I called, this "supervisor's" solution is to get someone out as soon as they can Wednesday. She cut me off several times and her excuse for being so rude was that it is Monday morning and she has to deal with 20 different people. Maybe you should consider a career change Teresa!!
