AVOID THEM. at all cost.!!! They will not fully disclose the hidden costs and or cancellation or refund policies. They are extremely overpriced, they have far too many hidden fees that they do not mention on the phone, they have an extremely inconvenient cancellation policy and terrible, rude customer service. But they will take your money in an instant. I tried to cancel my service before it even started, the same day I signed up. If I could give negative stars, I would. I spoke to a "supervisor" Teresa who is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I did not get my garbage picked up because of their mistake and when I called, this "supervisor's" solution is to get someone out as soon as they can Wednesday. She cut me off several times and her excuse for being so rude was that it is Monday morning and she has to deal with 20 different people. Maybe you should consider a career change Teresa!!
