It’s very difficult to take these negative reviews as genuine given the fantastic experience I’ve had with Sam. Reliable, good follow up, excellent fair advice. I stalked a new investor for us, could have talked us into a more expensive one but didn’t as he felt it wasn’t justified. Great guy.
Cannot reach anyone at solarsam. They do not trust their customer well. I need repairs to my system. They do not return calls.
They installed a ground mounted unit for me last year & did a great job. Great communication & great work at the time. The low score is similar to what you are reading on these other reviews, the recent communication or lack thereof. I was told they would send us the needed tax forms for the Federal Tax Rebate & I have reached out multiple times since January to get an ETA but no response. --I emailed my main contacts, no response --Left several voicemails on their main phone #, no response. They never return there calls let alone answer there phones. I tried for over a week to contact them many different ways and nothing. Even numbers I was given to call was magically disconnected and is no longer in service. Do I want my solar panels? Yes I do but I'm not one to play games so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I called the bank and pulled my loan so I ain't stuck paying a monthly bill for panels I don't even have.
