I met with Chris today! I’m excited to have my system installed. I had been in contact with lots of suppliers who did not provide transparency and so was looking for someone more local. Great experience with Chris and the guys so far. Tidy install and helped me get the inverter and battery app working. Cheapest of the four quotes and great service so very happy.
Following on from my original review, We are still very happy with the product and service provided. Some time after the installation I thought that I had a problem, and one phone call to Chris and the response was outstanding. A bit of education and all is well.
We searched hard to find a reputable and honest Solar company to employ to install on our new home, one that didnt apply sale pressure and dishonest tactics, unfortunately during the journey we found a number of companies like that, but what we also found was Chris at Solar Run, who worked with us with integrity and transparent honesty. The communication and support we received was terrific, we are very happy we chose to go with this company, their support has continued even after installation and connection all went ahead.
