I had a storm-damaged 12 year old array and the installer was long gone; I called Solar Rising on a Thursday and they had someone out to look at the damage and secure the system within 24 hours. They found replacement panels and parts for my ground mount, had my system up and running during a cold rainstorm the following Monday. All with great attitude, particularly for working in the rain and at a very reasonable price. First rate service I highly recommend them.
We bought a Tesla Powerwall from Solar Rising when they installed our solar panels. It worked seamlessly in our big northeast storm. We had power throughout the storm and for several days of cleanup, when others were without. Solar Rising is always responsive to our questions and concerns as occasions arise.
