The appointment was made for the next day and the technician came on time. She showed us how to correct the problem and gave us great advice.
Quickly figured out the problem with my Liebherr refrigerator, advised trying the conservative approach (defrosting!) with pledge to return without further service charge if that didn’t work. (It did… I feel a little idiotic for not figuring that out myself but the Liebherr is a little exotic and the owner’s manual had no trouble shooting suggestions, so l was happy to have it resolved easily)
Baton Rouge, LA Placed service order online with all details of make, model & serial number for dryer purchased new 2019. Next day service was available. Received call day service was supposed to occur but, was told not available & it would be the next day. I took off of work. The intake person, verified all online entry info & dryer issues.
