These people are an absolute joke! So the repair guy shows up at 7 am. Walks in my home. Turns the dryer on and says it’s good. Never turns a wrench. Never removes anything. Nothing. He walked out of my house at 7:15. They were sent out for warranty work. He did absolutely nothing but sit on my washroom floor. His departure remark was I’ve done this for 30 years. Service dude diagnosed, repaired/replaced parts on three appliances within 4 hours. He is a rockstar.
Solar had my part no. and serial no. along with fact that my cook top was 12 YEARS OLD. From their experience they should have known that no parts were available but chose to collect $150.00 and do NOTHING!

Both my GE fridge (less than 2 yrs old) and microwave started ransom noises, high pitch screeching and metal grating noises. They were randomly occurring for random lengths of time. Called Solar on a Thursday midday and they were able to send out Jennifer (10 rating on knowledge, professionalism, patience with my many questions, etc.) on Friday morning.
