NO HELP AT ALL. COULD NOT REFER ME TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO SERVICE MY REQUEST. NO HELP AT ALL.
May this is just me but this has been a terrible experience. Every time the technician is scheduled to come. Or has come he hasn’t bother on fully taking the unit apart. He only “thinks” of what the issue is. My whirlpool unit has been unusable for over a month. The first time the tech said he cancelled my appointment since he thought the unit needed a “rebuild kit” (bells, rollers..etc). This was without even taking the unit apart. Solar, as always, responded in a day concerning my problem . The issue was quickly resolved and the person sent out was delightful and helpful..
