Lived in one of their apartments, they did not help us for a whole month when they did not provide heat in an apartment. Completely unresponsive throughout the whole lease. An absolute nightmare. Please don't associate with this realty company or you will risk being completely on your own if anything goes wrong.
They wanted me to pay application fee for a room I didn’t see in person (only a video ). I told them “ok , lets meet in the morning , I will pay you for the application fee and for the room. The person was rushing me to send the money via what’s app , Venmo or zeller. When I didn’t send the money ASAP they said “forget it , move on”. These people are frauds...
