The only thing they manage is to get away doing nothing / the bare minimum when there is a problem. Terrible communication and the cheapest fixes to their buildings
i normally dont write reviews but someone needs to get it together do the work properly stop using hired help
This is by far the worst “management” groups in NYC. DO NOT live in one of their buildings. Manuel, my building’s “manager” is the biggest joke. Doesn’t reply to messages, and IF he does, he’ll respond to the easiest problem and ignore the rest. My building in particular has had issues with homeless encampments with violent threats And harassment against those of us who live in the building. I live on the top floor and we have had trespassers come to our door at all hours of the night- they have stolen things from the front ... read more
