Starting with Mr. Reed who took my call and answered all of my questions, then to Manuel who fine tuned everything, to Raoul who came to my house and assessed the pool cover, we were very pleased with their professionalism, their customer service , and their eye for details. I haven’t had this good of service in quite some time. This company gives me hope for the future and scored extra points for the discount for Veterans.
Very pleased with our pool cover we purchased last year. Well made, actually sewn together by two workers onsite in one day. Durable grommet connectors. I can walk on the cover for leaf sweeping. I powerwash when it gets dirty. Highly recomended.
I had a cover installed a few years ago, it is custom made/installed, very prompt and professional employees! The cover itself has saved me so much time by keeping the leaves and debris out!
I have had my Solar Safe pool cover since 2021. Not only does it provide a fantastic safety barrier, it has also drastically reduced chemical consumption and cleaning time of the pool. Stacy in the service department provides great help with a friendly attitiude. Thumbs up all around!!!
We bought ours 2024 of April used it all of May about 4 weeks, then we used it May 2025 had it on about 3 weeks every time we would pull it off to swim it started to tear all of the bubbles were also falling off , call and they did replaced it free just had to pay shipping 35.00 received a new one I know it was no the 12 hundred series believe it was 800 series it was so thin. Hopefully this one will last more than one season. Do not think i will oder from them again . Must say customer service was very kind.
