This is our 2nd solar safe cover purchase. Our first one lasted 8 years, we recently remodeled the pool and needed to replace the cover. So happy with the results.
Everything about the experience was great. The estimate was zero pressure, and the crew was quick and professional. The cover itself is made from top notch components, and the fit and finish could not be better. Solar Safe is easy to recommend.
Starting with Mr. Reed who took my call and answered all of my questions, then to Manuel who fine tuned everything, to Raoul who came to my house and assessed the pool cover, we were very pleased with their professionalism, their customer service , and their eye for details. I haven’t had this good of service in quite some time. This company gives me hope for the future and scored extra points for the discount for Veterans.
Very pleased with our pool cover we purchased last year. Well made, actually sewn together by two workers onsite in one day. Durable grommet connectors. I can walk on the cover for leaf sweeping. I powerwash when it gets dirty. Highly recomended.
I had a cover installed a few years ago, it is custom made/installed, very prompt and professional employees! The cover itself has saved me so much time by keeping the leaves and debris out!
