We bought ours 2024 of April used it all of May about 4 weeks, then we used it May 2025 had it on about 3 weeks every time we would pull it off to swim it started to tear all of the bubbles were also falling off , call and they did replaced it free just had to pay shipping 35.00 received a new one I know it was no the 12 hundred series believe it was 800 series it was so thin. Hopefully this one will last more than one season. Do not think i will oder from them again . Must say customer service was very kind.
We purchased the Solar safe pool cover in September 2024 and have kept the pool covered all winter. We have reduced the maintenance time by eliminating pool cleaning. We also reduced maintenance cost because we didn’t have to use the pool chlorinator. overall, we are very pleased with this purchase.
Still I am a snow bird, This is worth the money! #1 no pool service need, #2 Pool pump not running all year, #3 less chemicals,#4 pool cleaner not running all year. also no issues with a high water Bill cause by the pool service ( I service the pool my self) I should have done it years ago. It's a great cover!

I love my pool cover!! I put it on in October and haven't had to clean or do any additional maintenance since then. I have peeked under the cover a few times just to be sure, and it looks just like when I put the cover on last year. I'm really looking forward to swim season!
