Despite the fact that I was unable to use my pool or cover during 2020, I was able to clean my tracks and get my cover running this year while I waited 2 months for a general service… the techs came when I was not present and completed an expensive checklist… the motor began to squeal afterwards and a line snapped a week later… so the system was serviced a 2nd time, but only one line was replaced… (I’ve had 2 covers in 12 years and was always told both lines must be changed to maintain even tension)…. 2 months later, the sti... read more

Ino and Angel came and immediately identified the problem: the rope was broken and the cover was no longer operating. Changing the ropes was a lot work which included the manually intensive job of sewing back parts of cover together. They were both careful and efficient. Nice job done!

Once again, Solar Pool Enclosures to the rescue!! Since I've been in my home witch had an existing pool and cover (15 years) I've had to replace my cover motor once, my actual cover twice, and my rope twice. Every time the staff and maintenance personnel from Solar Pool Enclosures were professional and friendly. This past Friday my rope snapped so I called for a repair and they said it would be about 10 days.
