If you are going to work with any solar installer on Kauai, Solar Plus Kauai is the one to choose. Doug is very thorough, communicative, extremely knowledgeable in the space and has consistently adapted to the changes in solar on the island. 10 out of 10 would recommend his company being your first call when looking at solar on Kauai.
Best solar company on Kaua’i hands down. They hooked my tiny house up to solar and it’s amazing. They are super professional and rigged it up quickly. They showed up on the day they were supposed to also (hard to find people who do that on Kaua’i). Would recommend solar plus to anyone who wants solar on Kaua’i!
The Solar Plus team are top notch. Doug and the team work with you to understand what type of system you need to cover your houses needs, talk you through the technology and costs so you know what you're getting, and they completed the install within a few days. We're fully off grid and so happy we made the investment, it's worth it. Now we can have AC or dehumidifiers going all the time and don't have to worry about the inevitable power outages or ridiculous energy bills. Highly recommend.
