Wonderful customer service. Jae walked me through the whole process and answered any question I had. Was able to build multiple proposals for different system sizes as well as show me what the systems would look like once complete. Great experience and highly recommend.

I had a problem with my Tesla battery and it needed to be replaced. Jae (Solar Planet) came out and diagnosed it, AND got me a fresh new battery as warranty replacement. Once it arrived, they quickly had it installed.

Jae's team installed a Tesla wall connector for us and were awesome to work with. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and they cleaned up when they were finished. I received bids from two other vendors and SP was not only the cheapest but by far, the best equipped to handle the job. Highly recommend!
