Circuit Alert installed our solar system 5 years ago and have cleaned and service the panels and system. We had to get a new roof and they removed then installed again when the roof was finished. Very happy with their work. Nathan returned today to clean and service and get my app working. He was fantastic.
We didn't end up going with Circuit Alert but I cannot fault their effort for engaging us and their professionalism. They were the only organisaton that responded quickly to our quote request and continuously followed up to close the opportunity. Speaking with Lisa on the phone, they were still kind enough to offer us advise and suggestions even though we didn't go with them. Kind of makes me regret not choosing them as I felt confident that they care a lot about their customer service, their delivery and their workmanship.
Very professional throughout the whole process from quote, to removal of plastic tubing on roof, to installation, to switch over to battery power.

The installers did a wonderful tidy job and the whole project was completed in 3 days. We were taught how to use the very useful app and follow up guidance ensured that we were getting the most out of our new system.
