'Guaranteed' was a complete fabrication. There was a fresh 'unforeseen' upcharge that seemed rather predatory each time a wall was opened. By the time we were done, we had gone 40% over budget and had no idea where the money had gone. Furthermore, the new sink base was ruined by a plumbing leak that occurred within 24 hours of completion. Low integrity, high stress.

A true nightmare. They gave me a pricing quote, but every day they added "unforeseen issues" to raise the price. The crew was extremely rude to our house, leaving lunch trash behind the drywall and dragging mud through it, which made the situation worse. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, he became defensive and contemptuous. Choose just about anyone else to save money and your sanity.

The 'lifetime warranty' they offer is useless if they are unresponsive. Just six months after the installation, we observed some minor flashing problems and a shingle lifting. Every time I've phoned, I've been told I'll get a callback, but nobody ever does. They are excellent at stealing your money, but as soon as you require post-purchase assistance, they vanish.

Take great care when using the first quote. They offered us a decent price for a complete roof replacement, but when the old shingles were removed, they began charging us outrageous amounts for "unforeseen" repairs to the fascia board and plywood. Although I acknowledge that some rot is to be expected, the ultimate bill was almost 30% more than what was first projected. It seemed like a bait-and-switch because of the poor communication on these expenses.
