I had truly an exceptional experience with this company, and in particular, Sophia who went so far and above in her customer service. I had solar panels that weren’t operating correctly, and when I reached out, Sophia interfaced with the solar panel inverter company for me. She got me a new panel under warranty and then organized the delivery and set up for me all in record time. I couldn’t have been happier with the service or her genuine kindness. We got a new roof put in our condo complex. The service was prompt and economical. The company was extremely customer oriented, giving ample notice of all work and sending transparent updates about their progress. They worked with us to find a solution that was right for our business.

The bastards (our insurance company) canceled our policy because of stains on the roof seen from a satellite photo. Sofia and the team jumped into action and did exactly what was needed to satisfy the insurance company. At every point along the way, they communicated clearly what needed to be done, when it would be done and the completion of the task.
