Installers from Solar Naturally text me prior to my destination, arrived on time, set about there job, installed battery and connected wiring and other relevant products, did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves, connected the app as well, also took the time to explain exactly how to navigate and understand the AlphaESS app. Been running for approximately 1 month and I couldn't be happier, the app is awesome and helps with understanding electricity usage.
