Great service from the guys that installed our panels
Very happy with solar naturally they did a great job and made sure Everything was working great. The battery was put in quickly happy with the end result and safety of it. And it works perfectly. No having to get anyone back out here. And they set Everything up for me, all the hard work all I have to do is enjoy the benefits. They called me to make sure Everything was working and helped me to understand everything I don’t understand I recommend using this company. No stress and lots of support.
Received a report from Clean Energy Regulator Australia that Solar Naturally has some labelling issues. Sent that to Solar Naturally 3 times, including 2 online submit, 1 email. No reply what so ever. The solar Panels are very expensive compared with other companies. I was thinking to install batteries, but won't do it with them any more. Bad service, not impressed. See attachment that I have sent 3 times, easy fix but no one cares 🤷♀️

The installation went great, The fitters were a lovely bunch of guys who turned up on time, Worked well and kept the place clean.
