Absolutely horrible. Please don't go here. You can't ask the nail people anything about your nails. I'll make this story short because the story is long. I asked to make them a little thicker so they wouldn't break after she put on the acrylic before filing and the lady told me to go somewhere else so they could finish them. Do not go to this nail shop. Me and my friend just came to get our feet done and they refused our service. The guy claiming that he remembers my friend which she never been there before to get anything done. We tryna ask him questions asking when were she here and he couldn’t answer and had his lil receptionist speak for him. That's probably why the shop was empty.
DO NOT GO HERE. i tried to open the door it was locked red flag #1: and they make certain people pay before the service. everybody should either pay before or after service. treat everyone equal. also, the lady tried to overcharge me when i clearly see the prices on the wall. after that i had walked out!!!
I love them
They do very good work but they timing is very bad they are never on time
