I went at 2pm and came out at 4pm… all I wanted was a fill in. I was treated very mean. Three people worked on me. When the last person used the needle nose and entered my natural nail and Injured me, I decided I had enough! I told them I was leaving because they did not seem to know what to do with my nails. Even had the entirely different color than I had picked out. Someone showed up and they told her to do my nails and she didn’t know where they other two left off.

I like this nail shop. I like lyn I wasnt happy with my pedicure tho he did not do a good job and he didn’t speak English which was frustrating because the other people had customers and I had to keep asking them questions for translation. I been here 4 times with my daughter. I choose to have this one lady do my feet. The first time I was satisfied the next time I wasn’t the next day my gel polished toes where chipping and instead of her removing and repainting. Services were ok but there was a young woman who came in for a pedi. When she saw this prices, she said she didn’t want to proceed. At this point, nothing has been done to her feet. The management tried to charge her $10 for “set up” and there were 2 or 3 staff standing around her. I finally got up and told them to let her leave. As I was leaving, the manager followed me to the parking lot to explain, since I was a “nice lady” (I’m white; the young woman was Black). I won’t be back.
