Wait time for service is absurd. New to the area have been to this place 3 times 1st time we walked in, they take walkins, waited 45 minutes. We didn’t have appointment and thought that’s was the reason. 2nd time went had appointment waited again 45 mins for pedicure and no one ever came to start my dip asked when tech would be able to start they said it’d be a wait I told them nevermind I’ll skip nails then magically someone was available. The first time I came here I was satisfied I left as a happy customer John took his time with my nails and were lovely! I left him a 20 dollar tip because he did a great job!. I went in with my mom and we both got a pedicure and she got a manicure as well. They started on her about 10 minutes before mine, even though I got there before her. We both got the same service except I wasn't getting any polish. The lady who did mine rushed through it. She left a lot of cuticle on my toes, filed them very sloppy, didn't get any of the roughness off the bottom of my feet because she only spent one minute on them. Jordan was awesome! I came in with about an hour of time to spare, with not much knowledge of how long nail services usually take, and offered to come back another day if needed. My technician, Jordan, said it was no problem and did a phenomenal job. She was detailed and precise, even with such a short time frame.
I can't recommend this place after giving it two tries. The first time I did gel x nails and only got french painted tips and they looked awful. I came back and was handed around to three different nail techs because they weren't listening to what I asked for and each time a new tech came to me and started working they told me they couldn't do what I wanted.
