Ben and his team went out of their way to squeeze us in for a diagnostic when our inverter failed while we've been travelling full time, responding over the weekend to my post on the Victron users facebook group. They then also managed to swap it out the following day. I could go on about how the listened to my needs and have me relevant information to make the right decision for my situation. I could spout off about the professional service and quality products with flawless installation. But to cut a long story short...if you want a solar system that works flawlessly and suits your needs this is the place to spend your money! 6 months since installation and I'm still grinning from ear to ear about my solar upgrade.
