Horrible paid off loans and over paid taking there sweet time to get the over payment back to us. Called and they lied and said the refund was on the mail we had not received it in 2in a half weeks called back and said we are looking at October for the refund paid them off beginning of September. But if you are late with any payments the are calling the credit bureau. Oh and don’t ask to talk to the “back office” who handles refunds because they have no way to connect or contact them directly. And the customer service was us... read more
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!! stay far away. they tricked me and were very deceitful about the amount of my monthly. and now they’re filing for bankruptcy. businesses that take advantage of customers don’t last long in this country. i’m closing my account and telling everyone i know not to get a loan with them
Mosaic team was very sympathetic to my financial problem.
One of your representatives opened an account for us but we never agreed to start your service. It’s been a year and our account is still open, affecting our credit scores. We tried contacting your team to have this account closed but no one tried to help. Seems like your sales representatives are scammers to begin with. We need to have this account closed ASAP, please! Last thing I want is to settle this in court, we have evidences and conversations that we declined your service.
They lied to me about the loan payments. I set up paying principal and they have only been taking interest charges for over a year. They deny this, they send you off to a company in India to speak to someone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
