Do not do business with this company. They refuse to close out/cancel a loan for a project that was canceled by the solar provider a year ago. They have damaged my credit and engaged in fraudulent business practices. Go to a real bank if you need financing. These people are crooks. Do not trust this solar company they put a lein on my house without my permission I’ve been calling them and the loan company mosaic and they keep denying it I also haven’t saved a dollar since I got the pannels I keep calling the light company and its like I’m going in loops I 100 percent got scammed I am a resident of Springfield mass and a first time home owner this is truly unfair
Ive been working to get a Subordination done since 6/28 and it still isn't done after providing all docs needed its just been one delayed request after another. I would give 0 stars if I could. The Department its run under isn't taking calls but had one good rep from their billing department who helped alot. He needs a better company to work for than here.
HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!!!! READ BOTTOM PARAGRAPH. Math doesn't work. TRAPPED in a SOLAR LOAN. Be aware of the lien that will be placed on your home, the legal ease of the contract you will sign says or at least this one did, that they "may remove the lien to allow you to refinance your home". Their new stance is they do not have to because it is considered personal property not "real property". The literal worst business I have ever worked with. They claim to not put a lien on your house yet still do. Then they go bankrupt and won't even let you transfer the loan. Avoid them at ALL costs.
