After a difficult start due to delays over the Christmas break, the Solar Miner team turned up today and did a fabulous job installing the PVs and battery system on my two story house. Happy, helpful and respectful guys whose approach to their work is to be recommended.

Be mindful of their sales staff, incredibly pushy and will give you misleading information to get their desired deal over the line. When asked about DC Coupling and a larger 10kw inverter i was told by James "If you go with 10kwh hybrid as DC Coupled. Then who inverter is going start with just 6.6kw Solar System. Is not possibe." This is not a legitimate company, I ask what rebate I get after I given the address, they only tell me I get state government rebate. After I asked whether I get any other rebate he directly disconnected my call.
Very very bad service I already called many times customer care and rye , I informed to many time msg through. I did not get reply. Staf said daily when I called them someone contact with u shortly but I didn’t not get any msg and call . I m doing contacting and msg last six months .
