Started the job in June and still haven't completed it. Said missing parts then, then after 2 months, completed install. But didn't work, said Glowatt battery problem. It's now Nov. Did not return call after multiple messages left. Not recommended
I am very happy with Solar Miner team , they have an excellent service friendly and professional experience.
Be mindful of their sales staff, incredibly pushy and will give you misleading information to get their desired deal over the line. When asked about DC Coupling and a larger 10kw inverter i was told by James "If you go with 10kwh hybrid as DC Coupled. Then who inverter is going start with just 6.6kw Solar System. Is not possibe." This is quite clearly nonsense as i have spoken to other companies since who have explained this to me. Great after sale service from Solar Miner. Had an issue with the app reporting no generation of solar power. Malcolm from the service team provided great support in resolving the issue and following up with another call to ensure everything is running well!
