Very disappointing service and poor handling of a roof leakage issue We had our solar panels installed by this company, and we recently experienced water leaking through a ceiling light. We contacted them and arranged for a roof inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection and the way the issue was handled were extremely disappointing. Great after sale service from Solar Miner. Had an issue with the app reporting no generation of solar power. Malcolm from the service team provided great support in resolving the issue over the phone
Great price followed by very poor communication, a good install by external subcontracted installers and then poor after sales support, 3 months waiting on a response but Solarminer service team has gone quiet now with no progress after multiple emails and over 3 months of follow up. After posting this review with 2 stars, Solarminer were quick to sort out the issue and request me to update the review
It was easy and pleasant to deal with James, the Solar & Battery Sales Specialist. He provided me with a great price for my new heat pump, and the installation was completed professionally and efficiently. This is my second purchase from this company, as they also installed my solar panels previously. Once again, I am very satisfied with their excellent service and would happily recommend them to others.
We were impressed with the installation process for our solar panels. Everything was done without any fuss, from the initial enquiry to the final install. We don’t regret having the panels installed, our energy bills have gone from $300+ a month to an average of $100. Thanks again to the team at Solar Miner
