Unprofessional and disjointed. Serious delays and zero follow-ups. Had to pay in full after a 3rd party offloaded the equipment off the back of a ute at 8:30pm. I called on scheduled day of installation as to their whereabouts to be told that installer was unavailable. It’s now been two weeks of daily calls and follow-up emails with no confirmation of new install date. I now just want my payment refunded and pickup of their equipment in daylight.
Extremely disappointed with Solar Miner. They provided a 42kWh battery upgrade bonus if installed before 30/04, but they didn’t mention no installation spots available when I requested the battery quote and after taking my deposit. Now they tell me 'no electrician is free' and I can only get installed if someone else cancels. This is a classic bait-and-switch. Because of their delay, I have lost the government rebate and the battery upgrade. Terrible communication.
