I can’t believe there are good reviews on this company. They have poor communication and customer service. In fact, it sounds like they a run by one person who is not very professional. He answers the phone as his personal phone and I never know if he was just napping but has odd background noise as well. He told me to hold on then went to send me to voicemail so he wouldn’t have to discuss my situation with me. I lease my solar panels from a Texas company that isn't easy to work with. Luckily for me, Solar Medix has helped me to navigate the repairs process. They are timely and responsive. Robert and Lori are are very much on top of things.
Connor from Solar Medix came out and helped with my solar system would recommend using this company.
They were professional. Fast, and efficient. As well as reasonable. I would recommend them.
