customer service is terrible. Non of them reply when your solar system is down. I would absolutely not recommend .My system has been down for 6 months and they continue to ignore me. Its so upsetting and I feel scammed.
Dave my technician today and his partner came alllll the way to southern sj today and fixed my ongoing problem with my solar panel connection that occurred after the original solar panel company went out of business. Completely in unfamiliar territory as a new homeowner, with panels installed prior to my ownership, Dave and his partner fixed my problem in a timely manner, were thorough in their explanation of the problem and couldn't have been nicer! My solar installer went bankruptcy last year. Since then I used a few solar panel contractors to fix small/big issues, Solar Medix is the best one! The team knows what they are doing, professional and knowledgeable. This time my solar system was down for 10 days shows invertor not communicating, team identified the issue, explained things well, and got parts fixed. All the work was done within one and half hours and system is back to normal. The price is very reasonable and the service is amazing. Would highly recommend this... read more
