Made a review yesterday under "Bob Whitney" and was made out to be a liar so I will make another! The account is under Adrienne V. and we live on Haverhill Ave. in Warwick. Yesterday after tech not arriving between scheduled time of 8am-12pm I called 3 times and was told EACH time he would still be coming. And then we get blown off. They charge for property onsite visit and discussion vs another company that did not charge me to help me decide my options. Ultimately the other company will get my money.
