Dave was very knowledgeable and explained the issues, along with solutions of what the problem was. Great experience.
Dave was the technician for the replacement of a micro inverter on one of my panels. He arrived right on time and gave me a full and understandable explanation of the procedure. After scheduling the repair, the company sent a few messages reminding me of the coming appointment or if I needed to reschedule. All in all a very pleasant experience.
customer service is terrible. Non of them reply when your solar system is down. I would absolutely not recommend .My system has been down for 6 months and they continue to ignore me. Its so upsetting and I feel scammed.
